I was suffering from multiple chronic illnesses, including intestinal failure. I lived on IV nutrition for years, but my body began to fail and doctors could no longer help me. Since I could not eat my way to health, I developed a mindfulness practice. Within 4 months, I was eating by mouth for the first time in years and now, years later, live a healthy life that I never dreamed possible. I share my healing techniques in the hope that you find healing for your chronic illnesses too.
